Reception were very helpful with an easy check in. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, on arrival the receptionist was VERY rude and told me the booking had been cancelled - with no email or phone call to me despite the booking being made 2 weeks in advance and Accor confirming with a confirmation number.
