As a lover of the original Eloise books I can honestly say that making a movie out of it was a huge mistake.

'Eloise' drew me into seeing it, with a cool poster, an intriguing idea and as someone with a general appreciation for horror. However, finding it soon becomes the least of their worries in a place haunted by dark memories. After a family moves into an old Victorian home, they discover a chest in the attic containing antiques tainted by a malevolent spirit. Directed by Kevin Lima.
