It is truly authentic Mexican food. I really recommend everyone to try this amazing place! Casa Maya may be one of the best restaurants in entire region when it comes down to food prep and taste. The food is amazing and they recently renovated the space and it is beautiful, unfortunately the didn't seem to put as much consideration into running this very busy restaurant. We travel for 20 minutes just to pick up food at this gem. I had the jaurez combo consisting of an avacado taco, 2 bean n cheese burritos with a side of rice n refried beans. I ordered the beef Tostada. No difference between the chimichanga and enchiladas. I guess I have to believe this address, which says it's in Gillette. We found one!
