But if it’s done well, giving constructive criticism doesn’t have to be awkward or unpleasant for you or your co-worker. Instead, offer a few specific, high-quality pieces of criticism, and lay out succinct ways to fix them.Maybe you’re not the giver of feedback, you’re the recipient—and you aren’t particularly good at it.
